Our volunteers bring new skills, fresh ideas and connections that help FutureLab grow. In return, you become part of a warm, creative team and see the difference your time makes.
We are looking for help in four areas. No formal application needed: if a role sounds like you, just reach out.

handy (hu)man
Lend a hand around our building every now and then, fixing things and keeping our studio and shared spaces in good shape.
website builder (wix)
Help us improve the FutureLab Makers website, from page layouts to better findability on search engines, so more people discover our work and our furniture. Our site is built in Wix, so experience with Wix is a plus.
event coordinator
In the new year we are planning two events: a neighbourhood event and a fundraiser, where we are also thinking of selling our own merchandise. Help us plan and run them, from the first idea to the day itself.
admin and bookkeeping
Help us keep our finances in order with bookkeeping and everyday admin. A great fit if you enjoy numbers, spreadsheets and tidy records.
